塑料袋：九種不能加熱的情況你知曉嗎？

　　1、雞蛋不管帶不帶殼都不能用微波爐加熱。帶殼雞蛋放在微波爐里加熱后會(huì)爆炸，這個(gè)估計(jì)知道的人不少。但還有件事您是否知道——沒(méi)殼的雞蛋，不管全熟的、半生不熟的，還是有沒(méi)有放在水中一起加熱，只要沒(méi)攤開(kāi)來(lái)，再被微波爐一加熱，危險(xiǎn)性跟帶殼的時(shí)候一樣高。

　　1. Eggs, whether with or without shells, cannot be heated in the microwave. Many people know that eggs with shells will explode when heated in the microwave. 　　2、忌將肉類(lèi)加熱半熟后再用微波爐加熱：因?yàn)樵诎胧斓氖称分屑?xì)菌仍會(huì)生長(zhǎng)，第二次再用微波爐加熱時(shí)，由于時(shí)間短，不可能將細(xì)菌全殺死。冰凍肉類(lèi)食品須先在微波爐中解凍，然后再加熱為熟食。

　　2. 　　3、忌再冷凍經(jīng)微波爐解凍過(guò)的肉類(lèi)：因?yàn)槿忸?lèi)在微波爐中解凍后，實(shí)際上已將外面一層低溫加熱了，在此溫度下細(xì)菌是可以繁殖的，雖再冷凍可使其繁殖停止，卻不能將活菌殺死。已用微波爐解凍的肉類(lèi)，如果再放入冰箱冷凍，必須加熱全熟。

　　3. 　　4、忌油炸食品：因高溫油會(huì)發(fā)生飛濺導(dǎo)致火災(zāi)。如萬(wàn)一不慎引起爐內(nèi)起火時(shí)，切忌開(kāi)門(mén)，而應(yīng)先關(guān)閉電源，待火熄滅后再開(kāi)門(mén)降溫。

　　4. Avoid fried food: High temperature oil can cause splashing and lead to fire. If accidentally causing a fire in the furnace, do not open the door. Instead, turn off the power first and wait for the fire to extinguish before opening the door to cool down.

　　5、忌超時(shí)加熱：食品放入微波爐解凍或加熱，若忘記取出，如果時(shí)間超過(guò)2小時(shí)，則應(yīng)丟掉不要，以免引起食物中毒。

　　8、忌使用封閉容器：加熱液體時(shí)應(yīng)使用廣口容器，因?yàn)樵诜忾]容器內(nèi)食物加熱產(chǎn)生的熱量不容易散發(fā)，使容器內(nèi)壓力過(guò)高，易引起爆破事故。即使在煎煮帶殼食物時(shí)，也要事先用針或筷子將殼刺破，以免加熱后引起爆裂、飛濺弄臟爐壁，或者濺出傷人。

Avoid using closed containers: When heating liquids, a wide mouthed container should be used, as the heat generated by heating food in a closed container is not easily dissipated, causing excessive pressure inside the container and potentially leading to explosion accidents.
